Quality beef at reasonable prices.

All of our steaks and roasts are double wrapped, making them more frost resistant than vacuum packed meat. Our steaks are packaged for two people. Most of the time there are two steaks in a package or one steak that is big enough for two people. The roasts are generally 2-3 pounds. The ground beef comes in 1 pound tubes.

    Tell us what you want in your pack, if it is over 15 pounds we will add 1 pound of ground beef to your pack for free.

    The farmers markets have ended for the season and will not open again till June.

    We deliver to Eco Solar(515 South 6th Street) every other Tuesday. Our next delivery will be on Tuesday February 14th 5:00-5:30 PM. If that day or time does not work let us know, we are flexible and can make other arrangements as needed.

    A Leap Of Taste retails our beef in downtown Klamath Falls(they take food stamps).
    The Market at the Running Y retails our beef at the Running Y.
    Sherm's Thunder Bird Market in Klamath Falls and Roseburg both retail our ground beef.
