Quality beef at reasonable prices.

All of our steaks and roasts are double wrapped, making them more frost resistant than vacuum packed meat. Our steaks are packaged for two people. Most of the time there are two steaks in a package or one steak that is big enough for two people. The roasts are generally 2-3 pounds. The ground beef comes in 1 pound tubes.

    Tell us what you want in your pack, if it is over 15 pounds we will add 1 pound of ground beef to your pack for free.

    Saturday June 5th, we will be at the opening day at Keno farmers market.

    Starting June 12th we will be at the Klamath Farmers Market every Saturday for as long as it runs.

    The Market at the Running Y and NightFire Nature Foods retail our meat in the Klamath Falls area.
    Sherm's Thunder Bird Market in Klamath Falls and Roseburg both retail our ground beef and ground beef patties.
